Raw Choc Pudding Ingredients:3 medium bananas, peeled 1/2 medium avocado 1/4 cup smooth raw almond butter, or to taste6-8 tablespoons raw cacao powder, or to taste1 teaspoon pure vanilla extractpinch of pink Himalayan salt or fine sea salt*Be sure your bananas aren't overly rips and that the avo's are just ripe. Directions: Toss in blender.Chill or not. It's that damn easy. I cannot not tell you how good this is! I also recommend this fantastic topping to use on the pudding, or on French Toast, or to jazz up your oatmeal etc. Raspberry Chia Ingredients: 3 cups frozen raspberries1/4 cup pure maple syrup (I personally skip this sugar add)2 tbsp chia seeds1 tsp pure vanilla extract Directions: Simmer raspberrys for about 5 minutes.Add chia seeds and simmer for 15 minutes (until thickened)Remove from heat and stir in vanillaDevour.
