This recipe is a modification from Oh She Glows. (great resource) The ease-to-delish is heavily in your favor. Raw Choc Pudding Ingredients: 3 medium bananas, peeled 1/2 medium avocado 1/4 cup smooth raw almond butter, or to taste 6-8 tablespoons raw cacao powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract pinch of pink Himalayan salt or fine sea salt *Be sure your bananas aren’t overly rips and that the avo’s are just ripe. Directions: Toss in blender. Chill or not. It’s that damn easy. I cannot not tell you how good this is! I also recommend this fantastic topping to use on the pudding, or on French Toast, or to jazz up your oatmeal etc. Raspberry Chia Ingredients: 3 cups frozen raspberries 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (I personally skip this sugar add) 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Directions: Simmer raspberrys for about 5 minutes. Add chia seeds and simmer for 15 minutes (until thickened) Remove from heat and stir in vanilla Devour. |
